Software Engineer - Accounts

The Accounts team

Our mission is to store and expose account data ingested by Tink’s customers and aggregated from the thousands of financial institutions we connect to. With this data we build products and APIs to solve problems like account aggregation, account verification, and balance checks, and we support other Tink products such as Data enrichment and Personal finance management. We process data for millions of accounts for companies like SEB, Klarna, PayPal, and BNP Paribas, and are a core piece of Tink’s platform.

As an engineer in the Accounts team, you will

• Be part of a small team and contribute to achieving its mission
• Implement, test, operate and maintain the team’s various products
• Innovate new features and measure how these features perform
• Collaborate and build high-quality products by following good engineering practices 
• Take things from idea to reality
• Improve – yourself, your team, and the company

Qualifications

• Experience in Java system development
• Understanding of HTTP-based communication
• Experience in designing and testing APIs
• Experience with service-oriented architectures running on Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
