Talent at Tink

The Talent team at Tink play a key role in building an organisation enabling our expansion. We strongly believe in having a skilled and fast-moving inhouse Talent team that not only can help our managers with key hires but also support in other areas related to talent; internal movement, onboarding, career progression and succession planning. The team currently consists of six recruiters and we are growing, both in Stockholm and Warsaw, our second largest engineering hub. 

How you'll be part of changing an industry

As Talent Partner for Aggregation you will work with the largest product area at Tink. The aggregation team is building the technical infrastructure making it possible for the end-user to get the full view of their financial situation, even if they have different banks and card providers. It is the foundation of our business and an area we are heavily investing in. 

The team consists of 100+ skilled engineers, product and commercial profiles, located in three European cities; Stockholm, Warsaw and Madrid. With a lot of new managers joining the area recently you will have the chance to be part of setting the way we work with talent in Aggregation from scratch.

As Talent Partner you will lead the talent planning together with senior management; making sure we have the long-term talent strategies in place to both maintain and grow the team. You will hire for roles within both product, commercial and engineering. You will team up with the recruiters in our team to deliver on set targets and continuously analyse and iterate to improve our processes and approach. 

  • Set and execute on the talent plan for Aggregation, including both how to meet short and long term competence needs, onboarding capabilities and the talent journey for employees within Aggregation.
  • Own and lead hiring processes for the Aggregation area, in close collaboration with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Coach and support recruiters in the team
  • Evaluate and onboard external recruitment consultants
  • Lead improvement projects within the Talent team

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from Talent Acquisition, preferably from both an agency and an inhouse team. 
  • Experience from working with engineering and product hiring
  • Experience of designing and leading hiring processes from start to finish, including hiring to manager positions
  • Experience of working actively with talent data and optimising plans based on findings
  • Experience of conducting in-depth interviews, based on psychometric tests.
  • Great communication skills; lead and present in meetings with senior stakeholders and deliver high quality written material in English.
  • Experience of working in an international and high growth environment is a great advantage.
