We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who wants to strengthen our People team. What we look for
We are looking for someone who has several years of experience working within the compensation & benefits area or someone who has been responsible for similar tasks in previous roles. Being fluent and very comfortable working in both English and Swedish is a requirement for this role as you will have daily contact with employees and stakeholders in all our markets. Having experience from working in an international environment will be considered a plus. Having a university degree in a relevant area will also be considered a plus.
As Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for the whole compensation & benefits area and with that a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will be responsible for:
- Payroll both in Sweden but also internationally, making sure we have the right set-up on each local market and the right local partner, making sure it is a cost efficient set-up.
- Responsible for the benefits and insurance set-up for each of Tink’s markets, yearly review and propose changes when needed. Also including negotiating and getting providers in place.
- Update and maintain all Tink employee data
- Support to managers and employees in answering daily HR related questions
- Responsible for running the yearly salary mapping
- Responsible for salary benchmarks and supporting managers with reviewing and updating salary models
- Responsible for preparing data and analysis to our monthly KPI reports
- Other HR administrative tasks such as salary accounting, audit of comp & ben related processes, expenses, travel allowance and employer declarations
Your onboarding will mainly be handled by our HR Generalist who currently is responsible for several parts within the compensation & benefits area. She will be your go to person and help you succeed in your role.
Your future team:
You will be a part of the HR team at Tink and work closely with a team that consists of four employees; an HR Generalist, two HR Business Partners and a Learning & Development Manager. Together you will handle all HR related questions and projects in the 13 countries where Tink has employees. The HR team is a part of the People team that consist of HR, TA, Office and Corporate IT.
In the HR team, everyone is prestigeless and supports each other where it’s needed. We work very closely together and solve things together. We value communication, collaboration and honesty and always help a colleague in need. We care for each other and we have fun together! As we currently don’t see each other everyday, we have a sync every morning where we plan the day, help each other with tricky problems and give each other input on things you are working on. The team also works closely with the VP People who is the immediate manager, and who also is part of the management team.
