At Tink, we’re creating the foundations that a new world of finance will be built on. By constantly challenging ourselves to go further and do better, we’re developing the ground-breaking services that businesses will use, to revolutionise the way millions of people manage their money. The world of financial services is changing fast, and we will continue to be at the forefront of it.
Mission of Corporate IT
Our main goal is simple: make all Tinkers as productive as they can be in their day-to-day work. We help our colleagues with everything IT-related from high to low; whether it be restarting a computer, helping a user get a new keyboard, troubleshooting a printing problem, or configuring a new application to use SAML for authentication; we're the ones who do it!
We keep the internal IT fleet up to date security-wise, managing our devices using a variety of tools, automating menial tasks, and constantly reiterate our own internal processes to make ourselves more productive. All of this is done under our mantra of trying to be the 'most transparent IT department ever' meaning we don't hide behind our technology – we teach everyone about it, what we do, and why!

How We Work
You'll be part of a small team of three people who all have different work tasks and skills. Being a relatively small team, we have to be flexible in covering for each other, sometimes quickly shift focus, as unplanned work might suddenly appear. We try to work as agile as possible using sprints, daily stand ups, and bi-weekly retrospectives.
Your job, together with another person in the team, will be helping to offload the growing demand for support coming from the organisation. You'll also take part in planning and executing minor projects, help improve our daily work, educate users in our productivity suite, among other things.
