Tink has raised over €250 million in venture capital in the past 18 months and we have grown from 130 to over 370 people. 2021 is going to be pivotal for Tink in Europe and all of the ingredients are there for this to be a remarkable year for us. As a result of continued hyper growth, we are now looking to significantly increase the size of our Inside Sales team in Stockholm. 


We are looking to recruit several Sales Development Specialists to cultivate strong leads for our Sales Team as well as nurture and grow smaller customers (fintechs, small banks). You will act as a trusted advisor and a credible contact to potential customers, setting them and Tink up for long-term growth.

This is NOT your traditional Sales Development Specialist role. At Tink our SDS's are our future leaders, managers and strategists. This role will provide you with:

- A foot in the door with significant professional development and fast-tracked growth opportunities within the larger organisation. 

- You will have a significant mandate and you will be a stakeholder in the local go-to-market strategy

- You will be located at our HQ in central Stockholm, with access and exposure to other departments helping you develop your skills and determine next steps for your career

About the Inside Sales team
Our diverse team comes from all over the world. We’re a smart, passionate group of people who consistently reach our goals have a lot of fun while doing it. Our members have either graduated from Europe's most prestigious business schools, or have 1-2 years experience from top employers such as Google, UBS, consulting, etc. 

You should love to work with sales, have a drive for reaching results and are hungry for success. We are looking for a team-player who takes initiative and who is not shy to take on new challenges. You might have previous experience from an internship at a high growth tech company, at a VC firm, at a top-tier consultancy, or a junior sales role in a SaaS company. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide a great experience for Tink’s prospective customers by serving as an initial point of contact for them
  • You will have hands-on experience in sales activities ranging from - analyzing and prospecting new leads, nurturing and retaining leads as well as managing your own portfolio of accounts 
  • Present and hand-over qualified leads to Business Development Managers
  • Work alongside our marketing team to continuously improve the lead generation process
  • Represent Tink at trade shows and other sales related activities (when appropriate)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
  • Gather market needs and feed them back to the organisation

Markets

Tink is constantly growing in several different markets, hence we see it as a big advantage if you have fluent proficiency in one of these languages beyond English:  

  • French 
  • Spanish
  • Dutch
  • British English
