As a result of continued hyper growth, we are now looking to significantly increase the size of our Inside Sales team in Stockholm. 

We’re looking for Sales Interns for a 6-month full time Internship during both autumn- and spring semesters to team up with our Inside Sales team which is a diverse team that comes from all over the world. We’re a dynamic group of people who have a lot of fun and when we work together as a team there is no stopping us.

About the Inside Sales team Our diverse team comes from all over the world. We’re a smart, passionate group of people who consistently reach our goals have a lot of fun while doing it. Our members have either graduated from Europe's most prestigious business schools, or have 1-2 years experience from top employers such as Google, UBS, consulting, etc. 

As an intern you will start learning our business from day one by operating cross functional in order to gain exposure to all aspects of our business. We are looking for a team-player who takes initiative and who is not shy to take on new challenges.

Besides being ambitious, curious and studying at a top ranked University, you might have previous experience from an internship at a high growth tech company, at a VC firm, at a top-tier consultancy, or similar.

About the role

  • Support senior executives in ad-hoc projects (ranging from market expansion initiatives to improving internal processes)
  • Partake and manage the agenda for internal commercial discussions
  • Analyse data (revenue projection, market sizing and similar)
  • Condense research reports and other information into actionable insights for senior management – sometimes with the result of being assigned the responsibility of putting those insights into action
  • Manage other ad-hoc activities that are needed to make sure Tink can maintain its rapid growth rate
  • Scout prospects on CXO level for the partnership team

Required skills

  • You have the ability to multi-task and independently drive projects
  • You are a high energy person that is passionate about Tink's business
  • You are an ambitious top performer
  • You are completing a degree in Business, Finance or Engineering with strong academic results
  • You are entrepreneurial and always do your best and is prestigeless: no matter if the task is leading a highly complex and critical project, or a day-to-day task

This is a great way to get a foot in the door at Tink as there will be significant future growth opportunities within the larger organisation. You will be located at our HQ in central Stockholm and will work with Tink customers around Nordic countries and Europe.
