Tinks organisation has grown rapidly the past couple of years and with almost 400 employees in 13 different countries it is time for Tink to take our internal communication and external employer branding to the next level. We are looking for a skilled communicator with interest and/or experience in building a strong employer brand both internally and externally.
How you'll be part of changing an industry
We are missing one piece of the puzzle - you. We have so many great people in our team, working on spreading the word on Tink products, hiring great Tinkers and leading the organisation on our journey. But we are missing someone with a true talent for communication who can connect the dots between our external and internal communication, support management on key communication pieces and helping the talent team in nailing the external employer branding communication.
More concretely we are looking for someone who wants to
- Together with VP People set the employer branding strategy and develop guidelines for Tink’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) communication
- Own, manage and execute communication deliverables based on the employer branding strategy and the EVP communication guidelines
- Own and manage Tink’s internal communications channels
- Create and edit inspirational employer branding content for internal and external channels, such as internal announcements and storytelling, job ads, blog posts and social media content
- Prepare and support Tink’s presence ahead of and on larger fairs and events
- Coordinate and hands-on improve content and material for larger internal meetings and events
The role will be part of the Talent Team and report to the VP People, but also work in close collaboration with COO and PR & Communications Director.
What we look for
Required qualifications:
- At least 4 years experience of working with internal communications and/or employer branding, or equivalent.
- B.Sc/M.Sc within Business or Marketing.
- Experience in managing, developing, and owning internal communications and/or employer branding communication channels.
- Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills. Fluent in English is a must.
- Highly organized and collaborative with experience of coordinating projects and deliveries among different internal stakeholders, teams and departments.
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, scope and lead a project from start to end.
- Openness and willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment
- Data-driven and result-oriented, with a proactive approach in keeping stakeholders up to date.
- Business interest and can filter out relevant key points from our larger business context.
