Who we are

Our mission as a People team at Tink is to help our managers to build high-performing teams. We believe that by supporting our managers to grow as hiring managers, coaches and business leaders we have a strong foundation for growing Tink in Europe. Being on a growth journey gives us the opportunity to run along-side with our teams and managers, not only supporting them with what they ask for, but also taking initiatives on the things we see are missing and want to improve. 

We are still quite early on our journey. We are currently around 400 Tinkers in 10 + locations. This means that in the People's team we have gathered people who like to work with a wide scope of tasks and stakeholders. Some of the exciting projects we are currently working on is launching a leadership program and integrating new companies to the Tink team. 

What you will do

In this role you will give advice to managers and the organisation on how to solve day to day people-related challenges. Being in growth makes everyday different and we continuously run into new questions. Using your experience, your business understanding and passion for solving new problems will make you a great adviser to both managers in Sweden, UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. 

You will take lead on key HR areas such as leadership development, performance development, engagement and compensation & benefits.  

We like data and hope that you do too. By following and analyzing all kinds of people data, for example in our engagement tool Peakon, you will bring insights and be an important part in our ongoing strategy work. 

Any suggestions on how we can do things more efficiently today compared to yesterday is welcomed. New tools or by automatizing processes, please challenge our way of thinking and bring your thoughts on how to improve. 

Who you are

  • An academic degree, preferably in business or HR
  • +5 years experience of advising and supporting managers in HR related topics
  • Experience from working in an international and fast-growing context
  • Deep knowledge within employee lifecycle areas such as on/offboarding, comp&ben, engagement, performance management, employment law and work environment.
  • Just as much interest in our business as in people, we are the link and need to understand both worlds to be great partners.

Your future team

You will be a part of the HR team at Tink and work closely with a team that consists of four employees; an HR Generalist, two HR Business Partners and a Learning & Development Manager. Together you will handle all HR related questions and projects in the 13 countries where Tink has employees. The HR team is a part of the People team that consist of HR, TA, Office and Corporate IT.

In the HR team, everyone is prestigeless and supports each other where it’s needed. We work very closely together and solve things together. We value communication, collaboration and honesty and always help a colleague in need. We care for each other and we have fun together! As we currently don’t see each other everyday, we have a sync every morning where we plan the day, help each other with tricky problems and give each other input on things you are working on.
