Tink is accelerating its growth across Europe, and we’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to support our business in the DACH region. 

As our Marketing Manager for DACH, you will be responsible for all of Tink’s marketing activities across the DACH region and work closely with the local team to support our growth. You will be responsible for localising central marketing concepts and campaigns to meet the needs of the DACH market. You will be managing everything from brand activation activities to content marketing, demand generation and event management. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand is positioned well in our target audiences. You will continuously work to make sure the right people know us well, that they know what our products can do for them and that our sales team gets a steady stream of leads from our marketing activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the liaison between Global Marketing and the DACH team
  • Define and own the local marketing plan
  • Generate creative ideas to raise awareness and leads
  • Work with local PR agencies and partners
  • Manage Brand awareness and activation activities
  • Local event planning and execution
  • Content creation, localisation and transcreation
  • Manage country specific website
  • Local market research
  • Be the local brand and communications ambassador
  • Local social media management
  • Local sales enablement
  • Identify new partnership/network opportunities 
  • Own country metrics and reporting

Who we're looking for

You have 5+ years of experience in Marketing with focus on B2B and you've probably worked in a fast moving SaaS, tech or fintech company before. You are knowledgeable and skilled in the discipline of marketing and able to drive marketing initiatives to build brand awareness as well as generate leads. You are used to working close to sales representatives and know how to translate sales targets into marketing tactics.

Your top skills:

  • Project management skills and experience structuring small to big projects; you take responsibility and make decisions so it happens according to plan
  • Top-notch communication and writing skills with native German and good working proficiency in English
  • Highly commercially driven with a nose for value on all Marketing activities
  • Understanding and experience from using digital communication channels,  understanding what it takes to break through the noise on these channels
  • You want to be part of a fast paced, growing company, where your ambition and contributions are critical to Tink expanding across Europe and beyond
  • As our Marketing Manager for DACH you will be part of the International Marketing team at Tink, which is made up of Marketing Managers for Tink’s key regions. You will be based in one of 3 offices in Germany (Berlin, Munich or Düsseldorf) and report to Tink’s VP of Marketing, who is based in Stockholm with close interactions to the DACH GM.
