Tink has raised over €170 million in venture capital and in the past 2 years we have grown from 130 to over 500 employees. During 2020 we made three strategic acquisitions which significantly strengthen our presence on the European market (Eurobits in Spain, Openwrks Aggregation in the UK and Instantor in Sweden). 2021 is going to be pivotal for Tink in the Nordics and all of the ingredients are there for this to be a remarkable year for us. As a result of continued hyper growth, including closing contracts with key clients and the recent acquisition of Instantor, we are now looking to recruit a Business Development superstar to join our team in Stockholm. 

Our Nordic operation is the backbone of Tink, and we want this hire to play a vital role in accelerating growth in our home market, naturally consisting of the Nordics’ most successful companies and brands. So we need a true business generator who understands the transformation the financial industry is going through.

You’ll develop some of our most important customer relationships in the Nordics, while driving innovation with our partners to develop the financial services of the future. As a crucial part of our sales team, you will help to design, drive and execute our Nordic sales and growth strategy. This is a real opportunity to build a strong network, as a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions.


What you’ll do:

  • Generate sales and create new business opportunities, while managing sales processes and together with central functions reach a final commercial agreement
  • Build a strong network and become a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions and FinTech companies as well as successfully position Tink as the future of banking technology
  • Execute short-term strategy while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
  • Lead workshops and meetings with key customer stakeholders to better identify client needs and match them with Tink offering
  • Build brand awareness, plan and lead marketing activities for the region
  • Represent Tink at conferences and other public speaking events

What we need: 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3+ years of successful new sales experience, ideally selling SaaS/financial solutions 
  • Previous experience of working in a high growth international technology company is meriting
  • A consistent track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience of driving negotiations to a close, both individually and through colleagues and partners
  • Native/fluent in Swedish and English
  • Network in the Swedish banking and financial eco-system is a plus


  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate long term business goals and strategies into short-term initiatives and KPIs
  • A solid interest and understanding of the business opportunities in a changing banking and financial ecosystem
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  • Hands on mentality, able to balance long term strategic work with operations and execution
  • Entrepreneurial self starter, high-paced and ability get things done
  • Strong teamwork and people skills, while simultaneously thriving in competitive environments
  • Pragmatic thinker with strong interpersonal skills
