 How you'll be part of changing an industry

We’re looking for a creative expert in finding the right talent to join Tink. You have experience from, or interest in recruiting for technical roles as well as a strong interest to learn more about the tech industry. You have a passion for search and you know how to build and execute on sourcing strategies. In addition to that, you are someone who has your ear to the ground and follows the market and our industry. Your goal is to become an outstanding recruiter creating an impact on our organization. You will work closely with Talent Partners, and our managers to find and hire top talent, creating real business value. You will be an inventive force in our team challenging our way of working and contributing to continuous improvement regarding sourcing and recruitment processes.

  What you will do

  • Together with the recruitment team, set the sourcing strategy for the recruitment, drive that process forward and find the best talent possible for Tink 
  • Research and evaluate candidates early in the process, perform phone interviews, book, and conduct interviews and administration in our ATS
  • Research and follow up on market updates and what’s going on in the tech scene 
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring manager, supporting them throughout the whole process 
  • Ensure a top candidate experience of Tink - guiding candidates through our recruitment process 
  • Continuously track progress in our processes and evaluate different strategies, working with KPI:s and ensure an agile, efficient way of work 
  • Be involved in building Tink’s employer brand through a few focused initiatives for your area every year 

Requirements 

  • You have 0,5-2 years of experience from recruitment or market research 
  • You have an academic degree, preferably in business 
  • You possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Multi-tasking team-player with the ability to drive several projects at once
  • You have a strong inner drive, sense of ownership and a proactive, service-minded focus 
  • You have a passion for networking and great ability to build relationship with people you meet, internal as well as external
  • You have an interest in tech and try to stay up-to-date with the industry
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
