As an Operations Specialist in the Tink Support area, you will be at the forefront of delivering a range of services for our customers and teams. Your aim is to relieve teams of customer orientated administration and enable them to focus on doing their job as efficiently and effectively as possible. 


What you will do

  • Carry out administration that supports our new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Tink Support colleagues to prioritise issues and deliver value by enabling them to focus what matters most.
  • Make sure those who contact Tink are well served, ensuring that their questions are answered and that they are connected to the right team. 
  • Improve processes to enhance customer experience and the efficiency of our operations. 
  • Capture feedback from users of our services.
  • Deliver support to different stakeholders across Tink.

Who you are

  • You are looking to start your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • As this is a junior position / entry level, you will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience.
  • You take ownership.
  • You are proactive, curious and not afraid to speak up.
  • You pick up new information easily and take the initiative.
  • You know how to handle and work with confidential data.
  • You can speak and write in English fluently, and speak and write in Swedish fluently.
