The role 

  • Meeting with large corporate banks, financial institutions, fintech unicorns and startups to educate them on how they can integrate the Tink platform into their organization.
  • Close collaboration and communication to advise on best-practice solutions for your client's use cases.
  • Responsible for your client's technical setup, both during onboarding and their whole life cycle. You will focus on the technical aspects for our largest and most complex clients.
  • Be the source of Technical and Product expertise to clients.
  • Partnering closely with the Account Managers, Delivery Managers and Product teams to achieve highest levels of success for our clients.
  • Join strategic/tactical meetings with current partners to up-sell our products
  • Source insights from our customers into our organization.
  • Impact Tink’s overall delivery roadmap together with our developers and product owners at HQ in Stockholm and include local knowledge in the development process.
  • Collaborate with the geographically distributed TAM team members, as well as the entire Delivery team, to share learnings and constantly improve our way of working.
  • Be part of an international team where we share ideas, insights, and support each other.

Experience 

  • 5+ years work experience
  • M.Sc. degree (science, technology, engineering or mathematics)
  • Either tech background (such as developer, architect or other tech role), or product background with technical depth
  • Experience from fast paced work environments, Fintech, banking and/or startup is meriting
  • Worked in a position with significant B2B customer interaction, preferably with a with a customisable and evolving product, requiring deep understanding of the customer needs
  • Product management or project management skills from digital product development projects
  • Native/fluency in English
