Tink has grown significantly over the last 18 months and our team has now grown to over 400 people. The company and the product offering are rocketing, and we’re looking for a Technical Content Marketing Manager who can convey compelling solutions to the problems of our customers, and ensure Tink's products are easily understood. It’s all about producing amazing content that acts as a translator between what the product does and what the customer cares about.

In this role, you’ll define and execute our technical content strategy, work on customer marketing content, and a multitude of other content forms. Ideally looking for someone with 4+ years of technical content, product marketing or customer marketing experience within Enterprise SaaS organisations.

We are a really strong and supportive team that thrives together. Tink is launching multiple new products into dozens of markets and Product Marketing is at the heart of this. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator and communicator, a creative problem solver, detailed-orientated yet big-thinking, and aims for the ideal, but gets sh*t done.

What you’ll do

  • Closely collaborate with marketing, product, and technical leadership to define and execute on technical content focused on the developer, data engineer, technical stakeholder and product buyer user personas.
  • Work with internal and external teams to craft technical blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, web content, video scripts, data sheets, infographics, email campaigns, landing pages, and more.
  • Partner on customer marketing initiatives such as customer stories, testimonials, presentations, webinars, and industry use cases.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience product team to grow developer engagement and establish a community through engaging content.
  • Play a leading role in content planning, creation and coordination for events and conferences targeting developer and technical audiences, such as Slush.

What we need


  • 4+ years of technical content or product marketing experience in enterprise software or SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product design or software engineering
  • Coming from a fast-paced, high-growth organisation, working with innovative and disruptive products gives you extra points.


  • A natural storyteller and simplifier of complex concepts
  • You don’t have to be a developer or data scientist, but you understand them and can write content in their language
  • Ability to transform technical topics into engaging and informative educational material
  • A skilled collaborator in cross-functional teams who excels at navigating flexible scaleup environments
  • Passion for tech companies and interest in emerging technologies
  • Fluent in English
