Talent Operations at Tink

The Talent team at Tink play a key role in building an organisation enabling our expansion. We strongly believe in having a skilled and fast-moving inhouse Talent team that not only can help our managers with key hires but also support in other areas related to talent; internal movement, onboarding, career progression and succession planning. The team currently consists of eleven recruiters and Talent Partners and we are growing, both in Stockholm and Warsaw, our second largest engineering hub. 

How you'll be part of changing an industry

As Talent Partner you will lead the talent planning together with senior management; making sure we have the long-term talent strategies in place to both maintain and grow the team. You will hire for roles within both engineering and product. You will team up with the recruiters in our team to deliver on set targets and continuously analyse and iterate to improve our processes and approach. 

  • Set and execute on the talent plan for one of our biggest product areas, including both how to meet short and long term competence needs, onboarding capabilities and the talent journey for employees. 
  • Own and lead hiring processes, in close collaboration with hiring managers and recruiters
  • Coach and support recruiters in the team
  • Lead improvement projects across Talent and HR

What we look for

You value building strong relationships and trust with your customers and stakeholders while delivering quality results. 

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience from Talent Acquisition, from both agency recruitment but with at least 1 year of working inhouse. 
  • Experience from working with engineering and product hiring
  • Experience of working actively with talent data and optimising plans based on findings
  • Experience of conducting in-depth interviews, based on psychometric tests.
  • Great communication skills; lead and present in meetings with senior stakeholders and deliver high quality written material in English.
  • Experience of working in an international and fast paced environment is a great advantage.
