Talent Operations at Tink

The Talent team at Tink play a key role in building an organisation enabling our expansion. We strongly believe in having a skilled and fast-moving inhouse Talent team that not only can help our managers with key hires but also support in other areas related to talent; internal movement, onboarding, career progression and succession planning. The team currently consists of eleven recruiters and we are growing, both in Stockholm and London. Our London office is growing rapidly, and therefore we are looking for our first local recruiter. 

How you'll be part of changing an industry

As Senior Recruiter for Sales you will be a creative expert, making sure that we find the right talent to join Tink. You have proven experience in recruiting for sales roles, and you know how to build and execute sourcing strategies and building pipelines. In addition to that, you are someone who has your ear to the ground and follows the market and our industry. Your goal is to become an outstanding recruiter creating an impact on our organization. You will work closely with Talent Partners, and our managers to find and hire top talent, creating real business value. You will be an inventive force in our team challenging our way of working and contributing to continuous improvement regarding sourcing and recruitment processes.

What you will do

  • Responsible for setting and execute sourcing plan for our sales pipelines
  • Conduct qualitative screening meetings and first interviews 
  • Work closely with hiring managers and project lead a hiring process, candidates and stakeholder management 
  • Continuously track progress in our processes and evaluate different strategies, working with KPI:s and ensure an agile, efficient way of working 
  • Be involved in building Tink’s employer brand through a few focused initiatives for the sales area 

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience from sales recruitment, preferably from both agency and in an inhouse team 
  • You have an academic degree, preferably in business
  • You possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Multi-tasking team-player with the ability to drive several projects at once
  • You have a strong inner drive, sense of ownership, and a proactive, service-minded focus 
  • You have a passion for networking and a great ability to build a relationship with people you meet, internal as well as external
  • Experience of working in an international and fast paced environment is a great advantage
