Tink in Europe

2021 is going to be pivotal for Tink – all of the ingredients are there for this to be a remarkable year for us. As a result of continued hyper-growth, we are now looking to recruit a Sr Delivery Manager to our team. 

Tink has raised over €250 million in venture capital and in the past 24 months, we have grown from 150 to over 400 people. During 2020 we have made three strategic acquisitions that significantly strengthen our presence on the European market (Eurobits in Spain, OpenWrks Aggregation platform in the UK, and Instantor in Sweden). Our partners include NatWest, BNP Paribas Fortis, ABN Amro, SEB and PayPal. Through our technology, we power the world of finance.

 A day in the life as a Sr Delivery Manager at Tink

As a Sr Delivery Manager, you will be leading new implementations and projects for our most important customers. The projects we run have the aim of unlocking new business value for our customers and the use cases are built on top of Tink’s product portfolio. Since you will be in a customer-facing role, you will also be able to impact Tink’s overall delivery roadmap together with our developers and product owners in our Stockholm office. They will rely on you to source insights from our customers into our organization.

Your day-to-day activities will include meeting with large corporate banks, as well as fintech unicorns and startups, to help them understand how they can integrate the Tink platform into their organization in order to drive innovation and create real business value.

You will also be working closely with Tink’s commercial team, which means the regional Account Managers and our Product Commercial Owners as well as Sales Engineers. This role will be reporting to the Head of Delivery.


  • You will be leading our customer implementation projects end to end and be the outspoken driver for these.
  • Day-to-day collaboration with external stakeholders. You will be responsible for educating large financial institutions, as well as fintech startups, on how Tink can create value for them.
  • Lead a number of our Delivery Managers.
  • Work closely with the client and the various Tink teams to guarantee a high-quality project delivery.
  • Understand what makes the customer successful. By understanding the use case of the client you guide them in the critical phase towards a successful implementation.
  • Impact Tink’s overall delivery roadmap together with our product owners at HQ in Stockholm and include local knowledge in the development process.
  • Source insights from our customers into our organization.
  • Help shape the future of Delivery at Tink, driving improvement projects, and set our WoW. 


  • 5+ years work experience from consulting, and/or a hands-on project management role in a bank or in a dynamic tech-focused company.
  • M.Sc/B.Sc. in business, finance, engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Experience from a technical role with a technical understanding of APIs, SDKs.
  • Work experience from a position with significant B2B customer interaction, preferably with a customizable and evolving product that requires a deep understanding of the customer needs.
  • Project management experience from digital product development projects.
  • Native/fluency in English.
  • Previous experiences from managing a team.

  • A team player is driven by creating value for others - customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in retail banking.
