Tink has raised over €170 million in venture capital and in the past 2 years we have grown from 130 to over 500 employees. During 2020 we made three strategic acquisitions which significantly strengthen our presence on the European market (Eurobits in Spain, Openwrks Aggregation in the UK and Instantor in Sweden). 2021 is going to be pivotal for Tink in the Nordics and all of the ingredients are there for this to be a remarkable year for us. As a result of continued hyper growth, including closing contracts with key clients and the recent acquisition of Instantor, we are now looking to recruit a Business Development superstar in Helsinki to expand our coverage in Finland. 

You’ll develop key customer relationships in Finland, while driving innovation with our partners to develop the financial services of the future. As a crucial part of our sales team, you will help to design, drive and execute our Nordic sales and growth strategy. This is a real opportunity to build a strong network, as a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Generate sales and create new business opportunities, while managing sales processes and together with central functions reach a final commercial agreement
  • Build a strong network and become a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions and FinTech companies as well as successfully position Tink as the future of banking technology
  • Execute short-term strategy while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
  • Lead workshops and meetings with key customer stakeholders to better identify client needs and match them with Tink offering
  • Build brand awareness, plan and lead marketing activities for the region
  • Represent Tink at conferences and other public speaking events


What we need: 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3+ years of successful new business sales experience, ideally selling SaaS/financial solutions 
  • Previous experience of working in a high growth international technology company is meriting
  • A consistent track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience of driving negotiations to a close, both individually and through colleagues and partners
  • Native/fluent in Finnish and English
  • Network Finland's banking and financial eco-system is a plus
