How you'll be part of changing an industry

This position is a unique opportunity to work closely with our CEO and COO where you will contribute and take part in exciting projects. You will get insight and gain knowledge in how a growing fintech company operates and develops. As Management Associate at Tink you will lead strategy work and planning across the organisation, support in preparing the executive management meetings and discussions. 

This is a learning opportunity where you’ll be responsible for challenging work tasks, learn more about decision making on a high level and it is the perfect opportunity to springboard into a leadership role at Tink. 


Role responsibility

  • Create and lead structures for scoping, executing, following up and steering of projects relating to strategy 
  • Execute and drive strategy work and planning across the organisation
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines 
  • Lead work streams related to M&A integrations 
  • Work together with our COO to prepare the Executive Management team meetings and discussions

What we look for 

  • M.Sc/B.Sc. in business, finance, or another relevant field
  • 2-3 years experience in business development, preferably from a top tier consulting firm 
  • Experience with change/project management as well as stakeholder management
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking 
  • Exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills
  • Data-driven and result-oriented
