How you'll be part of changing an industry

This position is a great opportunity to impact the way our commercial team works by joining a team who is responsible for the tools and the ways of working for the commercial organisation. In this role you will play a key role in developing the main commercial tool, Salesforce, to make sure that the commercial team can work as efficiently as possible. You will be a part of the Sales Operations team and work closely with all the other commercial teams, sales, inside sales, account management, marketing, solutions architects and growth.

For this role you need to be based in Europe.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work as a Salesforce admin with tasks including but not limited to creating and building on workflows, process builders, flows, and other configurations

  • Continue evaluation of the current Salesforce instance, propose improvements and resolve any incoming issues

  • Work with different interfaces and other systems at Tink ensuring that important information is shared to selected stakeholders

  • Ensuring the best Salesforce environment for the Commercial teams as well as educating new and old colleagues in navigating the system

  • Maintain data quality and structure in Salesforce

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support different commercial teams in Salesforce based on requests

  • Help commercial teams such as Sales, Account Management, Solution Engineers in getting insights out of our Salesforce data

What we need


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative degree field.

  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system

  • Knowledge in data architecture / database management / data analytics

  • Driving mentality to keep the salesforce instance and our data sources clean

  • Experience with reporting on data quality, solution oriented to solve data quality problems


  • A problem-solver with a “roll-up sleeves” mentality

  • A detailed-oriented collaborator who can see big picture but is not afraid to deep-dive when needed

  • Fluent in English

  • You see yourself standing behind and supporting Tink’s ambition to power the new world of finance

The Sales Operations team is a small team working primarily with the commercial organisation, but has a lot of interfaces with different teams at Tink. We play an integral part in the commercial success of Tink and work relentlessly to ensure that we are doing the right things in the best possible way. Collaboration and drive is important in the team and helping each other.
