Senior Business Development Manager, Strategic Enterprise Sales
Tink’s Strategic Account team is looking for a Commercial Lead to help support our pursuit of globally significant customers. This includes owning deal lifecycles for large, transformational, and strategic opportunities. You will be responsible for development, deal lifecycle management, and driving cross-organisational alignment. This role requires a background in consultative sales, driving custom terms to closure, a strong understanding of pricing frameworks, and experience working directly with large enterprise customers to win opportunities.
The candidate will have experience with SaaS products, pricing strategy, and a background in supporting selling motions. The candidate will have strong communication skills and executive presence to effectively communicate with Tink senior management and customer leadership.
Responsibilities
Build our customer portfolio by driving sales activities globally.
Build a strong network and become a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions, PSPs and Platforms.
Work directly with customers, sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams, and leadership teams to advise on deal structures and close customer issues.
Lead workshops and work collaboratively with key customers to identify customer needs and match them with Tink's offering.
Provide strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills
Travel up to 20% depending on need (including international)
What we look for:
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or Economics
6+ years of experience in deal management/deal desk/pricing strategy/financial or strategy consulting/legal
Experience working in ambiguous, quickly scaling environments
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and project management skills
Experience working with SaaS products
Demonstrated business sense with ownership and ability to scale mechanisms
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills, fluent in English
You should be able to work in the UK
Nice to haves:
Experience driving cross-team mechanism development end to end (ideation, planning, execution, launch, post-launch support)
