We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist who wants to strengthen our People team. We are on a growth journey and that means that you constantly will be facing new problems, challenges and tricky situations. We need someone who loves challenges and someone who sees all the individual growth opportunities that come naturally by working in an environment like ours. We currently have around 500 employees in 13 countries across Europe and we are growing rapidly. To be able to support the growth of the company, we need an excellent people team who makes sure all of our employees can thrive in their roles, no matter where they work in the world.

You are detail oriented and see things that others miss. You are creative and understand the importance of helping managers and the people team to come up with solutions when we face problems. You always move forward, even when things are uncertain and you always find things to improve. Most importantly, you understand that the nature in this role is a combination between short-term and long-term tasks and that’s what you love about the job.
What we look for
This might be your first job after University. Being fluent and very comfortable working in both English and Swedish is a requirement for this role as you will have daily contact with employees and stakeholders in all our markets.
As an HR Generalist in the people team, you will:
Support managers and employees in answering daily People related questions.
Inform, guide and advise employees and managers on all areas of people programs, policies and procedures relating to the employee life cycle
Update and maintain all Tink employee data
Make recommendations for people process improvements
Support in projects when needed and assist with the implementation of local and global people programs and projects in a timely and consistent manner
Guide and support in benefits and insurance set-up for each of Tink’s markets
Support to provide data, reports and analysis to our business
Other HR administrative tasks such as salary accounting, audit of comp & ben related processes, expenses, travel allowance and employer declarations
Your future team
You will be a part of the People operations team at Tink and work closely with your colleagues as HR Generalists and Payroll Partners. Together you will handle all people related questions and projects in the 13 countries where Tink has employees. People operations team is a part of the People team that consists of People, Talent, Office and Corporate IT.
In the people operations team, everyone is prestigeless and supports each other where it’s needed. We work very closely together and solve things together. We value communication, collaboration and honesty and always help a colleague in need. We care for each other and we have fun together! As we currently don’t see each other everyday, we have a sync every morning where we plan the day, help each other with tricky problems and give each other input on things you are working on.
