Sales Development Specialist
As a result of continued high growth, we are looking to recruit several Sales Development Specialists to cultivate strong enterprise leads for our Sales Team.
The Inside Sales team is a group of talented, diverse and driven individuals. Joining the team is a great way to learn about our customers, the Tink product platform, and the fintech industry. If you are early in your career and want to get your foot in the door with one of Europe's leading fintechs then this is the team for you. After some time in Inside Sales you will be well equipped to take on new challenges within sales, marketing or product.
You need to be highly motivated, curious and hungry for success. We are looking for a team-player who takes initiative and who is not shy to take on new challenges. You might have previous experience from a high growth tech company, at a VC firm, at a top-tier consultancy, or a junior sales role in a SaaS company.
We are looking for candidates who are fluent speakers of either French, German, or Spanish, along with at least professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
Provide a great experience for Tink’s prospective customers by serving as an initial point of contact for them
You will have hands-on experience in sales activities ranging from analyzing and prospecting new leads, nurturing and retaining leads as well as managing your own portfolio of accounts
You will have potential to collaborate cross-functionally with product-, marketing-, and strategy teams.
Present and hand-over qualified leads to Business Development Managers
Work alongside our marketing team to continuously improve the lead generation process
Represent Tink at trade shows and other sales related activities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
Gather market needs and feed them back to the organisation
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related discipline with strong academic results from a top university
You have 0-2 years of relevant work experience
Having participated in a trainee program, internship or similar is mandatory
First hand knowledge of the finance, tech or fintech space
Previous experience in sales or customer service is merited
Personal attributes
Excellent business presentation skills including both oral and verbal communication
Positive attitude and passion for Tink’s vision and products
Attention to detail
Hands on mentality, able to balance long term strategic work with operations and execution
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial self starter
Strong teamwork and people skills
