As a result of continued high growth, we are now looking to find a Business Development Manager to drive business development in the Nordics/Baltics. Together with the Nordic team you will play a vital role in fully establishing Tink as the number one player in the Nordics/Baltics.
You will be positioned as an expert in open banking and the transformation that banks and financial institutions are going through. As Business Development Manager you will build our customer portfolio in the Nordics/Baltics and drive innovation with our partners and ultimately bring financial happiness to our customers’ and their end users. As a crucial member of Tink’s Business Development Team, you will help design and execute the team’s sales and growth strategy.

Responsibilities
Build a strong network and become a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions and FinTech companies as well as successfully position Tink as the future of banking technology
Generate sales and create new business opportunities, while managing sales processes and together with central functions reach a final commercial agreement
Execute short-term strategy while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
Lead workshops and meetings with key customer stakeholders to better identify client needs and match them with Tink offering
Build brand awareness, plan and lead marketing activities for the region and drive successful marketing projects
Represent Tink at conferences and other public speaking events
Required qualifications
University degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related discipline
3+ years experience successful sales experience, ideally selling SaaS/financial solutions
Understanding of the digital/online banking industry
Previous experience of working in a high growth international technology company
A continuous track record of achieving ambitious sales targets
Strong negotiation skills and experience of driving negotiations to a close, both individually and through colleagues and partners
Native/fluent in Swedish and English
Network in the Swedish banking and financial eco-system is a plus

Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate long term business goals and strategies into short term initiatives and KPIs
A solid interest and understanding of the business opportunities in a changing banking and financial ecosystem
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills
Hands-on mentality, able to balance long term strategic work with operations and execution
Entrepreneurial self-starter, high-paced and ability get things done
Strong teamwork and people skills
Pragmatic thinker with strong interpersonal skills
