The Market Integration Specialist will provide market-specific knowledge and write reports on the current quality of Open Banking across the world. The market analysis and compliance reports will be used in both planning and execution of integrating with financial institutions in European markets The specialist works closely with the team that develops financial integrations and the Product Managers for the different markets we operate in. As a Market Integration Specialist you help the Tink organization with obtaining and maintaining bank accounts across the world. Having the ability to build a relationship with different stakeholders in different markets will be a key success factor in this role.

Responsibilities

• Record, document and map out data quality for product user journeys for our integrations

• Create go to market-plans and research competitors analysis and products in various markets

• Identify, recruit and manage consultants in new and existing markets

• Ensure all Market Integration documentation, processes and guidelines are up to date.

• Observing and improving ways of working for the Market Integration team

• Support the different teams with Market Integration related tasks

Required skills

• Driven; we need you to be the kind of person that can solve problems and figure out the best way to deliver what is requested

• Organized; you’ll handle a lot of important and sensitive information, doing this in an organized way is key

• Service minded; you’ll be responsible to establish and maintain relationships with people in different countries through different channels of communication

• Fluent in English, second language is preferred, but not required

• Bachelor's degree, perhaps within Business, Science or Technology or equivalent working experience.

Preferred skills

• Applicable work experience and an understanding of finance, banking or insurance

• Interest in the fintech industry
