Right now we are taking our first steps towards being a fully data-driven B2B marketing organisation. So we are looking for a multi-talented and confident Performance Marketing Specialist for our new Growth Marketing team, who wants to tackle one of the most competitive landscapes in digital marketing.

Surrounded by many experts, you will work closely with other teams - within product marketing, content production, UX design, research and event marketing - to creatively generate leads.

What you will do:

You will be in charge of generating highly relevant paid and organic traffic to our website, growing our audiences, and acquiring leads and customers for our Enterprise, SMB and Self-Service products.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Creating, executing and analysing amazing marketing campaigns, across multiple digital channels, with a focus on search, paid social media (e.g. LinkedIn) and display.
  • Planning and implementing Tink’s global traffic acquisition strategy, and translating it into localised activity to drive brand recognition, lead generation and conversion in the most optimal and cost-efficient way for our current and new markets. 🚀
  • Daily responsibilities also include A/B testing, ad copy writing and testing, bid management, budget management, and creative testing.
  • As the go-to person, you will have a strong understanding of both on-page and technical SEO. Together with the Content Marketing Specialist, and the help of an agency, you will own and execute the SEO strategy and run projects to increase our visibility and authority on search engines, globally.
  • You will proactively guide and create briefs for the content marketing team, producing creative asset kits for your activities and campaigns, such as lead magnets, banners or ad copy, which can attract or convert new prospects.
  • Reporting on relevant KPIs and OKRs, monitoring performance and making appropriate adjustments to improve bottom line results.

Who you are:

You have a background in running large, successful search campaigns, ideally for a fast-growing B2B business or agency.

You are experienced in digital marketing and highly ROI-focused, specifically when it comes to demand generation. As a specialist you understand not only your area of expertise, but the entire marketing and sales acquisition funnel.

In this role you will also experience a lot of ownership and freedom in your daily work. We are looking for an expert who is hands-on, that can take the ball and run with it.

We also see that you have the following:

  • At least two to three years’ experience in performance marketing, preferably from marketing agencies or digital businesses, ideally on an international level.
  • B2B or SaaS experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • An analytical number cruncher with a strong growth marketing funnel mindset (AARRR).
  • Being a power user of Google Adwords, LinkedIn and Google Analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of SEM, SEO and CRO as well as display, paid social and remarketing.
  • It would be a bonus if you have previously worked with CRM, such as Salesforce SalesCloud, and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot.
  • You enjoy startup cultures with strong revenue focus and want to work globally.
  • Fluency in English (Swedish or any other European language is a plus).
  • Preferably a degree in digital marketing or relevant work experience.
