What we offer you
Responsible for the acquisition of SMB customers in DACH
Own lead generation activities to build a strong pipeline of SMB customers in the region. This includes building brand awareness, driving marketing activities and representing at events.
Build a strong network and become a trusted advisor to Fintechs and Lenders
Build deep knowledge of the market and identify new sales opportunities / segments
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at potential customers and turn them into Tink ambassadors
Adopt a use case mind-set to identify customer needs and match them with Tink’s offering
Plan and drive the sales process from initial contact all the way to signature
What we look for
3+ years successful B2B sales experience, preferably within the SaaS / Solutions area
Interest in the Fintech space and understanding of API based solutions
Experience in managing contract negotiations and closing deals
Previous experience of working in a high growth company
Strong people skills and ability to manage all stakeholders, including CxOs
Ability to quickly grasp technical discussions and summarize in a non technical way
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills, in both German and English (both mandatory)
Personal attributes: entrepreneurial and gets things done, goals driven, likes to find innovative, smart solutions to new problems, pragmatic and solution-oriented, strong collaborator
