As a result of continued high growth, we are now looking to find a Senior Business Development Manager to drive business development in France from our Paris office.
You will be positioned as an expert in open banking and the transformation that banks, lenders, and financial institutions are going through. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will build our customer portfolio in France and drive innovation to large financial institutions. As a crucial member of Tink’s Business Development Team, you will help design and execute the team’s sales and growth strategy.
This position is an opportunity for someone who wants to work with leading European financial institutions.
What you will do
- Drive “New Sales” in the banking & lending sector in France focusing on large strategic financial institutions
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders from new customers and turn them into Tink ambassadors
- Lead workshops and meetings with key customers to identify customer needs and match them with Tink's offering
- Plan and drive the sales process from initial contact all the way to contract signature
- Observe the market and the competition and identity new sales opportunities

What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales - large strategic accounts in the financial sector
- New Sales/Hunting mindset at preferably a SaaS/tech company handling financial institutions
- Experience working in ambiguous, quickly scaling environments
- Ability to manage key stakeholders at all levels
- Experience selling SaaS/tech-oriented and API-driven products
- Analytical and structured
- Entrepreneurial mindset - gets things done
- Strong team player
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills, fluent in English and French
