Tink was founded in 2012, and a decade later became part of Visa in 2022. Tink was created with the aim of changing the banking industry for the better. We have built Europe’s most robust open banking platform – with the broadest, deepest connectivity and powerful services that create value out of the financial data. We offer the tools that allow anyone – from big banks and fintechs to startups – to build the future of financial services across Europe.
Mission of the IT Helpdesk
Our main goal is simple: to make all Tinkers as productive as they can be in their day-to-day work. We help our colleagues with everything IT-related from high to low; whether it be restarting a computer, helping a user get a new keyboard, troubleshooting a printing problem, or configuring and implementing a new application to the organization; we're the ones who do it
We keep the internal IT fleet up to date, managing our devices using a variety of tools, automating menial tasks, and constantly reiterating our own internal processes to make ourselves more productive. All of this is done under our mantra of trying to be the 'most transparent IT department ever' meaning we don't hide behind our technology – we teach everyone about it, what we do, and why we do it!
What you will do
Provide IT support for Tink's employees on-site in Stockholm and remotely over Slack
Solve tickets in our Helpdesk system
Managing access requests to different systems
Onboard new employees and offboard those that leave
Order and configure hardware such as laptops and phones
Handle mobile phone subscriptions and SIM cards
Maintain our local network
Help with video conferencing
Write stellar documentation regarding recurring issues and their solutions
Help with software licensing and purchasing
Head up minor tech projects
What we offer you
You'll be part of the IT Helpdesk which is part of the larger Corporate IT team. There are currently three people working in the IT Helpdesk team, and being a relatively small unit, you have to be flexible in covering for each other, sometimes quickly shifting focus, as unplanned work might suddenly appear. We try to work as agile as possible using sprints, daily stand-ups, and bi-weekly retrospectives.
Your job will be helping to offload the growing demand for support coming from the organisation. You'll also take part in planning and executing minor projects, help improve our daily work, educate users in our productivity suite, among other things.
What we're looking for
- We would like for you to come from working within an IT Support team where you are fully adept at working with Google Workspace (Experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus) and have experience of working with macOS and iOS (Windows is a plus).
- You speak and write English perfectly, ideally you can also speak Swedish.
- Experience from working at a fintech or scale up company is a plus but not a must.
Who we are at Tink
We are a company of developers and engineers – it’s in our DNA to imagine, build and iterate. We were founded with a vision of transforming an industry that lacked competition and momentum. And we have built a company of passionate over-achievers who all believe there is always a better way of doing things.
People from all over Europe – and the world – have joined us on our mission to build the biggest and best open banking platform in Europe.
We're looking forward to your application!
