Right now we are taking our first steps towards being a fully data-driven B2B marketing organisation. So we are looking for a multi-talented and confident Inbound Marketing Specialist for our new Growth Marketing team. Surrounded by many experts, you will work closely with other teams - within content marketing, sales development, UX design, research and event marketing - to creatively attract, capture and nurture leads.

What you will do:

As our Inbound Marketing Specialist, you’ll have a hands-on role that is key to assembling and executing demand generation and marketing automation programs. You will be in charge of generating and nurturing highly relevant qualified leads for our Enterprise, SMB and Self-Service product sales teams.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining global and regional inbound lead nurture campaigns across multiple touchpoints for our key audiences, to create qualified sales leads. 🚀
  • Developing relevant content designed to address the problems and needs of our ideal customers, attracting qualified leads and building trust and credibility for our business.
  • Developing, driving and growing a collaborative, living and breathing expert hub for our industry with valuable content. Our goal is to become the No. 1 thought-leader.
  • Together with our marketing team, creating lead-facing messaging and content based on customer pain points, including copy, call-to-action, lead capture forms, emails and landing pages in our marketing automation platform.
  • As the go-to person for marketing automation and lead nurturing, you will have a strong understanding of crafting lead scoring models and building complex, but scalable communication flows (e.g. via email) based on contacts lifecycle stages, behaviors, activities and interests to qualify and nurture leads.
  • You will own our marketing automation platform Hubspot strategically and operatively, and will be very close to our Sales Development team, working with Salesforce CRM. With them, you will follow up on a weekly basis and develop best-practises to continuously improve lead generation and management processes.
  • For your activities and campaigns you will proactively guide and create briefs for the design and content marketing team, producing creative asset kits, such as lead magnets, banners or ad copy, which can attract, convert or qualify new prospects.
  • Reporting on relevant KPIs and OKRs, monitoring the visitor-to-revenue funnel and making appropriate adjustments to improve bottom line results.

Who you are:

You have a strong background in marketing automation or inbound marketing, ideally for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business or agency. As a specialist, you understand the entire growth funnel, and definitions like MQL, SQL, Cost Per Opportunity, Lead-to-Customer Rate, or terms as buyer personas or MOFU are very familiar to you.

In this role you will also experience a lot of ownership and freedom in your daily work. We are looking for an expert, who is hands-on, that can take the ball and run with it.

We also see that you have the following:

  • At least three years’ experience in marketing automation or inbound marketing, preferably from digital businesses, ideally on an international level.
  • B2B or SaaS experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • You have past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, scoring and/or web analytics.
  • In a perfect world, you have also proven your inbound marketing mastery in Hubspot certifications.
  • You enjoy startup cultures with a strong revenue focus, and want to work globally with the smartest people around you.
  • As a person you are very structured, highly analytical, yet creative.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Swedish or any other European language is a plus).
  • Preferably a degree in digital marketing, business development or relevant work experience.
