Product Marketing Manager

How you'll challenge an industry:

Product Marketing ensures the value of Tink’s product offering is communicated in a clear, consistent and compelling way; getting the right message, to the right person, at the right time.

To strengthen our Product Marketing team, and take our Enterprise sales to the next level, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to, among other things, lead the creation of collateral, sales presentations and other materials that help customers understand the value of the product and answer the questions they will have during the purchase process. Help our growing sales organisation to put really powerful market-driven, value-focused language into the hands of their buyers. It’s all about amazing content which acts as a translator between what the product does and what the customer cares about.

Responsibilities

  • Execute effective go-to-market plans for products meeting the needs of the largest banks and FinTechs and work at the intersection of Product and Sales to craft and refine value propositions for the various stakeholders and decision makers at the largest Enterprise customers.
  • Produce best-in-class product communications, from marketing campaigns to sales materials with specific attention to local and segment relevant positioning, packaging and messaging. 
  • Ensure everyone involved in Enterprise sales and business development is equipped with the appropriate knowledge of the value and user experience of our products to attract new customers and turn existing ones into loyal ambassadors.
  • Create and maintain compelling collateral (e.g., solution descriptions, one-pagers, customer success stories, presentations) as well as associated tools and training.
  • Assist with events, PR, and demand generation as needed

What we look for:

Required skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing or product field
  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, or B2B marketing and sales enablement, for an Enterprise-focused SaaS company
  • A natural storyteller and simplifier of complex concepts
  • A skilled collaborator in cross-functional teams who excels at navigating flexible startup environments
  • Passion for and interest in tech companies, well-versed in the API economy
  • Fluent in English
  • You see yourself standing behind and supporting Tink’s ambition to change the future of banking
