Consumer Support Specialist

How you'll challenge an industry:

We’re looking for a Consumer Support Specialist to take part in our Customer Support team. You will be part of our growing team of Technical Support Engineers with a special focus on our Swedish Tink-App community. You will support and ensure a positive user experience by providing proactive, comprehensive and exceptional customer service to our community. Your tools will be all channels where we interact with our Tink-app users, including phone, email, chat, SMS and Social Media. We are looking for those who have a love for customers, order & processes. You love using metrics to assess your own progress. You are single-minded in your desire to deliver customer success and your responsibilities will be:

  • Handle all inbound first-line support for the Tink-App community
  • Diagnose and provide creative solutions to customer problems and issues
  • Reproduce and debug customer-reported issues
  • Drive revenue and increase conversion by building strong customer relationships
  • Continuously and relentlessly improve processes to increase conversion rate, both through own initiatives and in close collaboration with other teams
  • Handle outbound communication to individual users in close collaboration with marketing
  • Analyze metrics and constantly iterate for increased customer happiness, revenue and conversion
  • Identify key trends in customer issues and work with the Customer Support team to improve the overall customer experience and quality

Tink's app in Sweden is an important tool for us to develop our technology, test new products and features, and have direct contact with and receive feedback from,  end users. The app also shows new partners and customers the potential of our technology. As Consumer Support Specialist you’ll play an important part in nurturing the relationship with our Tink-app users.

Since this is a fairly new function within Tink, you have a chance to really make a mark on the future of Tink by defining how we build this team.

What we look for:

Required skills and background

  • You most likely have or are completing a degree in Engineering
  • You love to interact with customers and possess the ability to gain trust quickly
  • Analytical mindset that enjoys problem solving
  • Customer centric and service oriented
  • Result and data-driven and obsess about using metrics to assess your progress; sales conversion and customer satisfaction is your north star!
  • Organized with attention to details and like to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in Swedish
  • Experience from working in a startup environment, especially in Financial Services, is meriting
  • Social media experience is a plus
