Head of Learning and Development

Tink is building a world of financial happiness. Our technology is enabling some of Europe’s biggest banks and fintech unicorns to embrace the new open banking world – and deliver the future of financial products to millions of people.

How you'll challenge an industry:

Tink's organisation has grown with 400% the past 18 months and will continue to grow extensively the upcoming years, both in Sweden and on new markets. We are currently opening offices on eight new markets. 

We know we have two great challenges ahead - support all our new managers and onboard and train all our new team members. This will be the key if we are to win the European market. We are therefor looking for someone who will take on this challenge together with us - building and leading our leadership, learning and development function. The journey starts now. 

You will:

  • Lead the development and execution of Tink's leadership strategy and program
  • Support the organisation with developing concepts for different trainings
  • Hold trainings in leadership and culture
  • Design and lead the development of Tink’s general onboarding program and in close collaboration  with managers set specific function onboarding programs
  • Ensure we have the right platform (system support) to scale onboarding and internal trainings
  • Set processes and execute on manager coaching

What we look for:

Required skills

  • 5-10 years experience of working with leadership, learning and development as a consultant or in a similar role
  • Experience from designing workshops and trainings for leadership development from scratch
  • Experience from working with fast-growing companies
  • Experience from coaching managers
  • B.Sc/M.Sc. psychology, behavioural science
