Tink is 200 employees in Stockholm and 15 employees in our Warsaw office where one of our Integration engineering team is located. We see a great potential in Warsaw and have big plans for our further growth here. How you'll challenge an industry:

We’re looking for a creative expert in finding the right talent to join Tink. You have experience from the IT-industry or have a strong interest in learning more about the thrilling tech industry. You have a passion for talent search, mainly for hiring engineers, and you know how to build and execute on sourcing strategies. You have a passion for people combined with an understanding for organizational growth and what’s creating business value. Your goal is to become an outstanding tech recruiter with an evident impact on our organization. 

You will work closely with the engineering team in Warsaw as well as the Talent Acquisition team in Stockholm. Together you will find and hire top-talent, ensuring a steady qualitative growth of our office. You know your way around different recruitment social media platforms like Linkedin, but also other forums which will generate great tech candidates for Tink. As first recruiter person on-site in Warsaw you will not only bring your experience and best practices from recruiting on the Warsaw market, but you are also expected to be an inventive force in the TA team challenging our way of work and continuous improving or sourcing and recruitment processes. 

As we are still a small company in Warsaw, your responsibility will not be limited to recruiting but will also include other HR-related and administrative work. Your employment will start with a thorough onboarding which will include several exciting days at our headquarters located in the city center of Stockholm, Sweden.

What you will do:

  • Together with hiring manager and recruitment team set the sourcing and talent acquisition strategy for recruitment, drive that process forward and find the best possible talent for Tink.
  • Research and evaluate candidates early in the process, perform phone interviews, book and conduct interviews and administration in our ATS.
  • Work closely with the hiring manager, supporting them throughout the whole process.
  • Ensure a top candidate experience of Tink -  guiding candidates through our recruitment process.
  • Continuously track progress in our processes and evaluate different strategies, working with KPI:s and ensure an agile, efficient way of work.
  • Engage in a wide range of tasks besides recruitment like office management, HR and admin.

What we look for:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience from talent sourcing and recruitment from a fast-paced environment or high-volume talent acquisition.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Multi-tasking team-player with ability to drive several projects at once.
  • You have a strong inner drive, sense of ownership and a proactive, service minded focus.
  • You have a passion for networking and great ability to build a relationship with people you meet, internal as well as external.
  • You have a strong interest in tech and growth companies.
  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal.
  • Academic degree.
