In the Data and Analytics Area we do all things data: from maintaining Operational Databases and Event Delivery Services to providing a reliable and scalable service platform and tooling. What you will be doing

• Be part of a strong engineering team that designs, builds and operates Operational Databases and Event Delivery Services

• Ensure overall delivery and quality of the products and services offered to the whole organization.

• Collaborate with the engineering manager, Operations, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and future-proof operational platform

• Communicate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to ensure alignment and understanding of the team's goals and objectives.

• Communicate with upper management to provide updates on the team's performance, as well as provide recommendations for improvements to the infrastructure.

• In coordination with your stakeholders and your engineering manager you will be responsible for outlining key technical objectives and initiatives for your team and making sure that the roadmap meets the high security and reliability standards of Tink.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, working with the team to develop contingency plans as needed.

• Serve as the escalation point for any issues or concerns related to services maintained by the team.

• Facilitate Scrum events, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, review, and retrospective meetings, to ensure the team is focused, aligned and productive.

• Define and prioritize features, ensuring they are well-documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders.

• Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Operational Database and Streaming Platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.

• Previous experience product managing high-performance engineering teams sitting on critical production paths.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong engineering background is a plus.

• High sense of urgency and commitment; we always strive to make things happen.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.

• Mindset of looking for pragmatic solutions and balancing quality and time to delivery depending on the situation.

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple responsibilities.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, and a strong customer-focused approach.
