We are now looking for a Technical Writer to take charge of our Documentation portal (docs.tink.com) so customers can integrate smoothly and effortlessly to the Tink platform. As Tink’s Tech Writer, you will need to be technically proficient and comfortable collaborating with engineers and product teams to ensure their documentation is accurate and easy to understand.

What you will be doing

• Documentation: Collaborate with product teams to write documentation. We don’t expect you to know the ins-and-outs of every product, so you will have to work together with tech teams across Tink to deliver accurate, clear and easy to read documentation for our customers.

• Content management: Own and handle our CMS (Contentful) and make sure that content is up-to-date and accurate at all times.

• Own the strategy: Define and execute on the documentation and onboarding strategy together with your team.

What we are looking for

Experience

• Some years of technical writing experience with a technology company, preferably in a developer or B2B SaaS environment.

• Collaborating with different types of teams to create documentation, including product and engineering teams.

• Operating in a fast-paced and high-growth tech company.

Skills

• Coding (you don't have to be a developer, but you do need to understand coding on a fundamental level)

• Simplifying complex concepts

• Cross-functional collaboration skills

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
