Senior Sales Manager - Banking & Lending DACH

We are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive business development at one of our offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Cologne or Linden. Together with the DACH team, you will play a key role in fully establishing Tink as the number one player in Germany and the DACH region.
You will be positioned as an expert in Open Banking and the transformation that banks and financial institutions are going through. As a Sales Manager, you will drive our new sales, build our banking and lending client portfolio in the DACH region, drive innovation with our partners and ultimately bring financial happiness to our customers and their end users. Additionally, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth and generate new sales, up-selling, and cross-selling with some of our key existing customers. As a key member of Tink's Business Development team, you will use your fintech experience to focus on B2B sales and support your colleagues with your knowledge.

What you will do
Build our customer portfolio by driving sales activities with T1/2 banks in DACH
Build a strong network and become a trusted advisor to leading financial institutions and FinTech companies
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at potential customers and turn them into Tink ambassadors
Be accountable for all commercial activities and initiatives across a few larger accounts and drive revenue growth and generate new sales, upselling and cross-selling
Lead workshops and meetings with key customers to identify customer needs and match them with Tink's offering
Plan and drive the sales process from initial contact all the way to sign

What we look for
Strong sales acumen and consistent target achievement as quota carrier
8+ years experience successful b2b sales experience, ideally selling SaaS/financial solutions
University degree in Business Administration/Finance, Management, Computer Science or a related discipline
Native or fluent in German and English.
Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organisations.
Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the space.
