How you'll challenge an industry:

Tink's integration department are at the core of Tink's product offering - as they enable us to aggregate financial data, and initiate payments. In the last year we have been investing aggressively into growing our market coverage and went from only having presence in Sweden to being live in 10 EU markets and aggregating data from over 3000 financial institutions. As we are continuing to expand we are looking for a team leader for the market integrations team that will lead the team that are managing our ambassadors and enabling Tink to integrate new banks in to our product offering.

The Market Integration team identifies, recruits and coordinate market ambassadors, as well as provide market analysis and work closely with the team that develops financial integrations. The market analysis will be used in both planning and execution of integrating with financial institutions in European markets. The market ambassadors help the Tink organisation with, obtaining and maintaining bank accounts across Europe as well as gaining market specific knowledge and beta testing. As the team lead you will run the daily activities and ensure continuous improvement. You will take responsibility for the backlog and ensure that the value creation in the team is maximised. You will also lead the team by coaching and mentoring the individuals throughout their career. Market Integration is a part of the integration department where you will report to the Product Manager of Integration.


In this role you will:

  • Run the team's day-to-day activities, from retros to standups, backlog grooming and plannings
  • Work side by side with your team members, other product teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient ways of working and alignment across the organisation
  • Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of the team
  • Coach, hire and mentor the team
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce dependencies and improve velocity
  • Be the manager of the individuals in the team

What we look for:

  • 3+ years working experience whereof 1+ year as team lead
  • Comfortable in communicating with stakeholders in English
  • Experience from fast growing organizations
  • You see yourself standing behind and supporting Tink’s ambition to change the future of banking
