Tink has raised over €170 million in venture capital and in the past 18 months we have grown to over 280 people. During 2020 we have made three strategic acquisitions which significantly strengthen our presence on the European market (Eurobits in Spain, Openwrks Aggregation in the UK and Instantor in Sweden). 2021 is going to be pivotal for Tink in Italy and all of the ingredients are there for this to be a remarkable year for us.As a result of continued hyper growth, including closing contracts with Poste Italiane and BNL, we are now looking to recruit a Technical Sales & Account Manager superstar to our team in Italy. 

Entering Tink’s Italian team as the fourth member you will play an important role in establishing Tink on the Italian market - it’s an unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our continued journey in the open banking and fintech space in ItalyYou will be the Technical expert in the team, and be in close contact with our Headquarters in Stockholm. Your technical expertise and solution orientation will be vital for the Italian team and our customers and hence ensure Tink’s success in the Italian market.   

A day in the life of a TSAM
As a Technical Sales and Account Manager, you will be our technical product expert in Italy, and an important stakeholder within the organization. Your day to day activities will include meeting with large corporate banks, as well as fintech unicorns and startups, to educate them on how they can integrate the Tink platform into their organization. You will be involved in everything from the sales process when sourcing use-cases together with our customers, to helping customers onboard to our platform. Since you will be in a customer facing role, you will also be able to impact Tink’s overall delivery roadmap together with our developers and product owners in our Stockholm office. They will rely on you to source insights from our customers into our organization. Even though you will act as the dedicated Technical Sales and Account Manager in Italy, you will also be part of an international team where we share ideas, insights, and support each other. Your role will occasionally require travelling as well, both within Italy as well as to Stockholm and other areas in Europe.


  • Day to day collaboration with external stakeholders. You will be responsible for educating large financial institutions, as well as fintech startups, on how Tink can create value for them
  • Be the source of Technical and Product expertise to clients, colleagues and  prospects in the Italian market 
  • Advise customers on best-practice solutions for their use cases
  • Work closely with the Product and Tech teams in Stockholm in order to include local knowledge in the development process
  • Collaborate with the geographically distributed TSAM team to share learnings, and constantly improve our way of working

What we look for

  • 5+ years work experience
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in STEM field
  • Either tech background (such as developer, architect or other tech role), or product background with tech depth
  • Experience from fast paced work environments, Fintech, banking and/or startup is meriting
  • Native/fluent in Italian, and conversational English level. Other languages are meriting.
