Account Manager - Payments France

Tink has had fantastic success selling to some of the biggest names in Payments. Tink now needs to capitalise on these wins by activating volume and revenue through thoughtful, intelligent and strategic account management.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers who are driving the highest volume of Account-to-Account payments in the industry. As a crucial part of our sales team, you will help to design, drive and execute our sales and growth strategy. This is a real opportunity to build a strong network, as a trusted adviser to market leaders in your region.
Tink’s product portfolio is ever expanding and product innovation comes from interfacing with our customers and product organization. You’ll be a key ingredient in pushing our product forward.
What we offer you
Drive revenue growth and generate new sales, upselling and cross-selling with our existing customers.
Identify our key customers’ business models and target opportunities for innovation – to deliver an outstanding product tailored to their needs.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop valuable, strategic relationships.
Provide guidance and support on major contract negotiations.
Develop and execute an account and portfolio management strategy.
What we're looking for
3+ years of account management and/or enterprise sales, preferably in the Financial Services/Technology/Payments/ Retail space, with a clear track-record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills
Experience from a fast-paced high-growth organization working innovative disruptive products is helpful but not essential (but if not, be prepared to demonstrate how you have been exceptional in a slower-growth environment)
Direct experience of working with key stakeholders at the largest PSPs / Platforms / Merchants is helpful but not essential (but if not, be prepared to demonstrate how you have been quick to master new industries and build relationships)
Highly skilled in delivering sales strategies
Excellent business presentation skills
Hands-on mentality – able to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term operations and execution
Native French speaker
Professional proficiency in English
