The Director People Partner will serve as a strategic and trusted business partner to European leadership members and their teams within Commercial and Product from both Tink and Visa, supporting them to reach the best business outcome through the design of people strategy, programs and processes. We are seeking someone with a client focus and a commercial mindset as well as deep understanding of people strategy and practices, who thrives in a complex environment while maintaining perspective.
The Tink commercial teams are currently undergoing an integration to Visa and the role will also include guiding the senior leaders through this transition. This includes leading and engaging all managers in key Tink people processes throughout the year, while simultaneously introducing new people processes and frameworks as part of the new Visa context. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating challenging forces in the dynamic payments space and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with significant change.
The role will be located in Stockholm. This role is a fixed-term parental leave cover for 12 months.
What you will do
- Act as a strategic people partner for your business areas and enable their strategy through design of people strategy, programs and processes.
- Lead, train, and engage all managers, particularly those at the senior level management in key Visa people processes during the year, enabling successful transition to Visa ways of working (whilst maintaining Tink processes where appropriate)
- Provide strategic guidance to senior level management, including coaching, counseling, career development and employment actions.
- Leading the people integration and change management process for the Commercial teams, alongside Visa people team
- Create a link and bridge between the Tink and Visa People teams to ensure alignment throughout the transition/integration process.
- Deliver People solutions in collaboration with Visa CoEs, including Leadership, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Reward.
- Liaise with stakeholders at various levels of the business.

What we look for
- Several years of HRBP experience, preferably within a complex organizational structure. This includes a deep understanding of all HR functions such as, talent management, organizational development, performance management, and HR legal compliance
- Proven track record of designing and implementing highly effective HR strategies that align with business objectives and deliver impact on overall organizational performance.
- Experience working in a fast paced and matrixed organization with a solution focused and customer centric mind-set
- Proven ability to operate strategically and have a hands-on approach
- Successful implementation and project management of operational and strategic HR initiatives and processes across a region
- Collaborative approach and ability to absorb multiple perspectives alongside a demonstrated bias for action
- Proven ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and regulations
- An academic degree, preferably Human Resources/Business or related field
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
