Customer Support Agent - Compliance and Privacy

The Customer Support Agent will be part of a forward-thinking organization that values continual improvement and innovation. The role will own, manage and resolve consumer facing requests and complaint. It will involve collaborating with diverse teams to identify issues and develop effective solutions, playing a crucial role in maintaining consumer trust and ensuring our compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The perfect candidate will drive continuous improvement in processes and practices, ensuring the role remains dynamic and impactful. You will be a part of a team of Technical Support Engineers, reporting to the Support Manager.
What you will do
Manage and resolve consumer-facing requests and questions, helping consumers understand and trust what Tink offers.
Develop and enhance procedures and guidelines related to privacy and compliance, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
Work closely with the Technical support team to implement technology solutions that streamline data subject requests.
Identify potential gaps with Product teams, ensuring comprehensive and compliant offerings.
Collaborate with our Privacy and Compliance teams to ensure our practices meet all relevant regulations and internal policies.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a candidate who is tech-savvy and has an understanding of legal and compliance issues. The ideal candidate will have a "get things done" attitude and a background in consumer relations, tech support, or compliance.
We would like you to have
A few years of experience in day-to-day support operations, preferably in a similar sector.
Hands-on experience with legal and compliance matters.
Knowledge of GDPR and preferable PSD2.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle consumer requests effectively.
Background in tech support, compliance, or product management.
Understanding of German is a plus.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office at least 50% of the time based on business needs.
