In the HR team of Tink, called the People team, we are excited about ensuring that we have the right HR processes in place for all Tinkers, that decide to be on our journey. We want to have the best people joining us, who are also motivated, engaged and growing all the time while contributing to Tink’s success. Our hands are full and the upcoming months are getting busy, so we would love to have some help! And this is where you might come into the picture as our HR Intern. 

What you will do

Most of your tasks will be about supporting several of our people processes, such as performance development, learning and development and compensation review and perhaps others from an administrative point of view.

Examples of tasks are:

  • Creating templates to support our performance development process 
  • Sending invites for performance development discussions
  • Scheduling training session and manage invites, sign-ups and take attendance
  • Sending invites for training for managers/employees and sharing materials after the training
  • Preparing salary review templates for managers
  • Preparing salary review final documents for all employees
  • Analyzing data 
  • Creating presentations 

Who you are

  • You are currently studying for an academic degree in HR or simliar program at university
  • Curious about improving HR processes at a fast moving company
  • Experiences from extra job or internship within recruitment, HR, sales or administration are an advantage
  • Well structured, organized, quick and efficient
  • Able to prioritize and manage your time well
  • Confident to work with G-suite (docs, sheets and slides) and also Microsoft Excel
  • Humble and up for getting your hands dirty with all sorts of administrative tasks
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Available from as soon as possible for approx. 15-20 hours per week up until end of June
