How you'll be part of changing an industry

We are now looking for Commercial Managers with focus on our Banking segment, who will shape and execute the commercial agenda for our Data Products. In Data Products you will find products like Money Manager and Risk, that have a large impact on Tink's success. Working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing, as well as other parts of Tink such as Engineering, Finance and Operations, you will have an integral role in scaling out our products to become the foundation for EUs financial services and payments industry in the decades ahead.


Role responsibility

  • Crafting and refining the go-to-market strategy
  • Set clear objectives and support the regional Sales teams in their efforts to target relevant customers. You will follow-up pipe development with each regional sales team and help drive the deals forward
  • Win key strategic partners and grow existing ones, by supporting in key deals as part of a deal team
  • Become the expert of your segments and products, and participate in key customer meetings to pitch the product and support the deal team in the sales process
  • Drive or support key initiatives for developing the product portfolio, both for new products and existing 
  • Support Product and Engineering teams in prioritising work to ensure roadmaps are consistent with our GTM strategy and market demand
  • Follow-up and track our execution towards targets (e.g. volume growth, sales, and marketing) 
  • Be an external and internal evangelist for your product(s)

Money Manager

Money Manager is the product suite that helps banks provide better digital services to their customers - boosting their online banking experiences. Among the customers you find some of the biggest banks in Europe. Banking is the biggest segment for Tink, and Money Manager is the majority of that business, thus very impactful to us.


Risk is the product suite that helps our customers with understanding their customers’ true financial capacity. By using our products Income check and (launching soon) Risk Insights, you will limit risk and will be able to make decisions faster and easier - both for your business and potential customers. 

What we look for

  • M.Sc/B.Sc. in business, finance or another relevant field
  • 3+ years experience of business development, preferably from consulting and/or a hands on commercial role at a bank/financial institution
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and customer centric mindset. You are naturally curious and can quickly understand key dynamics of new domains
  • Data-driven and result-oriented, with a proactive approach in keeping stakeholders up to date 
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to convey complex topics in a clear and structured way. You can navigate conversations on business strategy as well as detailed discussions of product capabilities
  • We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who wants to be part of a journey and take full ownership of taking their product area to the next level
