Tink has raised over €170 million in venture capital and in the past 18 months we have grown to over 370 people. During 2020 we have made three strategic acquisitions which significantly strengthen our presence on the European market (Eurobits in Spain, Openwrks Aggregation in the UK and Instantor in Sweden). 2021 is going to be pivotal for Tink in that we are solidifying our leadership position as the open banking provider in Europe by forming deeper relationships with a broad range of customer segments. Delighting developers who play an important role in these relationships is key to this success. We will focus significant effort on winning this segment during 2021.

The Growth Manager function works in the intersection of marketing, data analytics and product development, and is focused on customer acquisition, activation and retention of our developer audience. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Tink increases acquisition, activation and retention of the developer audience in a repeatable and scalable way. You will work cross-functionally with our data analytics team, product management, sales, and marketing to build and execute growth initiatives to help you achieve these goals. 

Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility is to increase acquisition, activation and retention of our developer audience. 
  • Ensure right data infrastructure is in place - partner with Tink’s data analytics team to provide dashboards and tools, putting the key building blocks in place needed for growth
  • Define growth objectives, define KPIs and report results back to organisation
  • Coordinate and execute experiments/growth programs. Evaluate the resulting data and attribute meaning to data for the rest of the organisation to understand
  • Optimize the revenue funnel based on data in order to increase ARR
  • Own campaigns to capture qualitative customer data
  • Build and implement efficient procedures based off of the learnings above
  • Collaborate with demand generation and product marketing to build campaigns that increase user acquisition
  • Manage a very select handful of customers 

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5+ years experience in sales or product management
  • Previous experience of working in a high growth technology company
  • A continuous track record of getting things done and reaching goals
  • Native/fluent in English with other languages as a plus
  • Proven experience working with and driving projects across cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of marketing and especially an understanding of customer acquisition channels
  • A passion for technology and how it can be used to delight developer experience and produce fantastic end-user experiences
