We are looking for a HR Generalist who wants to strengthen our People team. We are on a growth journey and that means that you constantly will be facing new problems, challenges and tricky situations. We currently have around 400 employees in 13 countries across Europe and we are growing rapidly. To be able to support the growth of the company, we need an excellent HR team who makes sure all of our employees can thrive in their roles, no matter where they work in the world.

Being structured is part of your DNA and you can’t wait to get starting on creating structure, order and improve processes for all HR related processes on a global level. You are detail oriented and see things that others miss. You are creative and understand the importance of helping managers and the HR team to come up with solutions when we face problems. You always move forward, even when things are uncertain and you always find things to improve. Most importantly, you understand that the nature in this role is a combination between short-term and long-term tasks and that’s what you love about the job. 

What we look for

We are looking for someone who has some years of experience working broadly with similar tasks in previous roles. Preferably you have identified some areas that you are enjoying a bit more that will become your area of excellence. Being fluent and very comfortable working in both English and Swedish is a requirement for this role as you will have daily contact with employees and stakeholders in all our markets. Having experience from working in an international environment will be considered a plus. Having a university degree in a relevant area will also be considered a plus.

As a HR generalist, you will be responsible for:

  • Support managers and employees in answering daily HR related questions. 
  • Inform, guide and advise employees and managers on all areas of HR programs, policies and procedures relating to the employee life cycle 
  • Update and maintain all Tink employee data 
  • Make recommendations for HR process improvements
  • Drive and own projects when needed and assist with the implementation of local and global HR programs and projects in a timely and consistent manner
  • Responsible for the benefits and insurance set-up for each of Tink’s markets, yearly review and propose changes when needed. Also including negotiating and getting providers in place
  • Responsible for running the yearly salary mapping
  • Responsible for salary benchmarks  
  • Responsible for provide data, reports and analysis to support our business
  • Other HR administrative tasks such as salary accounting, audit of comp & ben related processes, expenses, travel allowance and employer declarations

Your future team:

You will be a part of the HR team at Tink and work closely with a team that consists of four employees; an HR Generalist, two HR Business Partners and a Learning & Development Manager. Together you will handle all HR related questions and projects in the 13 countries where Tink has employees. The HR team is a part of the People team that consist of HR, TA, Office and Corporate IT.

In the HR team, everyone is prestigeless and supports each other where it’s needed. We work very closely together and solve things together. We value communication, collaboration and honesty and always help a colleague in need. We care for each other and we have fun together! As we currently don’t see each other everyday, we have a sync every morning where we plan the day, help each other with tricky problems and give each other input on things you are working on. 

To thrive in our HR team you must be a true collaborator. You must also be open, communicative and positive, even when we phase difficult situations and problems.
